First of all, it has a number of trendy independent shops. High quality, customer friendly unique & quirky. Whether you fancy a bite to eat? A relaxing drink? Something sweet? Or a stylish new outfit? The selection is great and all within a two minute walk from this property! Didsbury Village too is only a few bus stops away or nice stroll if you prefer to get your steps in.
Also within easy access are Manchester city centre, and the Airport. The main hospitals and universities are 15 mins on the main bus route. (which is the busiest in Europe). Not forgetting, Burton Road Metrolink station and Mauldeth Road Train Station are all less than a mile from here. Withington really has something for everyone!
You still want to know more? OK, for those of you who may not know this part of South Manchester so well. Let me tell you about the schools. Some of the very best schools in Manchester (if not North West) are here, within (what I would suggest) a reasonable walking distance! Yes, walk! I know right, who walks to school anymore? Well if you'd rather drive then you could be there in just a few minutes. Some of the most sought after and successful schools are MGS, Withington Girls, MHGS and many more.
